Onboarding & First-Year Setup (CHF 750): Mandate documentation, ElCom registration support, and initial regulatory liaison.Ongoing Representation (CHF 2,000/year from year 2): Acting as your designated Swiss representative under Article 6 of BATE, managing correspondence with ElCom and forwarding regulatory updates. Includes monitoring of BATE implementing provisions and notifications of relevant changes.
